Return & Refund Policy
You may return an item within 14 DAYS of the purchase or delivery providing the RECEIPT.

Below is some more information following returns and refunds:
1. Clearance Products
These would be items on sale/discounted or discontinued products sold. These are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
2. Bulk Products
These are non-refundable or returnable. (For bulk products regarding the classification to identify the type of product please refer to the bulk product specification. Ask us about the specification of the bulk product and we would be more than willing to send it to you.)
3. Brick Orders
These bricks are made in production by the supplier (specially made to your order). The bricks may be returned as long as they follow the guidelines listed above. Only 50% of the product price can be refunded back as this is a restocking charge. Please note that special order bricks/blocks are non-refundable.
4. Picking up products at your house
We can pick up the product/item you wish to return at your location. This will inquire about a pick-up fee. The cost will be determined by what the product/item to be returned is.
5. For Bags
This would be including U-Bag-It Bags, 1 Yard Tote Bags, and 1/3 Yard Tote Bags. All these white bags are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. These bags are a one-time-use bag only.
6. Lost Receipt
If a product or item was purchased and delivered, the receipt would include the customer's name and address. This receipt would be saved in our original register and a return case can be processed if the receipt was lost because your information was inputted with your purchase. If the product or item was picked up at our store location and the receipt was lost, without the original receipt of the purchase a return case can still be created and you will be informed of the rejection or approval of your return. This is a special case and the manager will inform you.
We reserve the right to approve or reject the request for a refund, exchange, or return. This would be following the Justice Legal Laws of Canada, as well as the Rules and Regulations of the Government of Canada.
