Frequently asked questions — Snow removal in Saskatoon
We aim to clear residential properties within 24 hours after a qualifying snowfall ends. During major storms we prioritize emergency routes and commercial clients before resuming regular rounds.
We typically dispatch for accumulations of 2.5cm (≈1") or more. Light dustings are excluded unless a special request is placed.
Yes — cornered/oversized lots may require an additional fee (the calculator adds this when you select "Cornered / Oversized"). For very large or commercial-scale sites we'll provide a custom quote.
Subscription terms
- Subscription is for the winter season and is a 5-month lock-in (November through March). Subscriptions cannot be canceled during the lock-in period. After the season ends the subscription will not auto-renew unless a customer signs up again or chooses renewal.
- Charges for extreme storm cleanup beyond normal rounds may apply; customers will be notified in advance when possible.
- Make sure walkways are free of personal items (bins, toys) — contractors are not responsible for items left in service area.
